This is a condensed Picture Exchange Communication System® (PECS)® training refresher for participants who have previously attended a PECS Level 1 Training. Attendees will review The Pyramid Approach to Education®, a functional approach to applied behavior analysis. The PECS Protocol will also be reviewed in-depth, including implementation of the 2-Person Prompting Procedure and the 4-Step Error Correction Procedure. The workshop involves demonstrations, lecture, video examples, and practice opportunities for many of the phases of the PECS protocol. Participants will leave the training with all the necessary information to start or continue PECS implementation in live or remote settings.

PECS Training Cancellations: Cancellations must be received 21 days prior to workshop start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 21 days of the start date of the workshop are eligible to receive a credit voucher, which may be applied toward a future Pyramid hosted workshop. Cancellations received on or after day 1 of the workshop are not eligible for a refund or credit voucher.
